Job Title: - GENERAL SALES MANAGER - 01 Post CAMP LOCATION: - JAMSHEDPUR (Jharkhand) PATNA (BIHAR) WORKING LOCATION: - JHARKHAND /BIHAR GSM will successfully administer and visit and meet with client and able to achieve sales target individual with their sales team. Appointment and monitor sales team on day to day basis, Handling running project and activities and also to lead, direct and motivate the sales team to achieve targeted from top The to bottom line, through proper sales planning, market promotion and operational budgets in the region. The GM should visit Customers of Jharkhand & Bihar for sales /Business generation also collection, negotiation etc. Clients Visit: - Government offices / Architect /Corporates etc. No Private like builders, Retails etc. Responsibilities: • Researching and following up with action on matters which fall within Director’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action. • Preparing Report / Organize the day to day works • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines on Sales or else. • Organize and plan own work. • A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise. • Work on own initiative but with the prior approval from the directors. • Organize sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. • Take initiative for making sales promotion design and Kits like catalogues, Pricelist, scheme etc. • Planning of sales maintain the BEP with others sales activity under the guidance of Director’s. • Appointment of Sales Staffs, Show the presentation way, visit client to close big deal/ Negotiation. • Provide support in Formulation of Marketing & Sales Strategy. Understand the key inputs required for the formulation of marketing & sales strategy. Define the objectives of market research. Ensure timely conduct of market research by sales team. Analyze the research finding. Presently Offer: -Initially on probation periods or Agreements for 3 Months CTC: - Rs 300000-360000.00 per annum + Incentive + TA/DA after successful completion Mgmt. will discuss one to one on your performance appraisal.
