Duty Manager JD1. Taking proper handover of new joining member's fitness needs/goals/health history issue if any from sales manager, understanding the same and personally call the member to arrange personal training sessions by the trainer and ensure that member gets best training services

2. Ensuring highest quality member satisfaction

3. Resolving guest issues on highest priority effectively and quickly

4. Analyse customer feedback & providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating

5. Build rapport with members through Birthday calls, Anniversary calls & courtesy calls

6. Manage guest relations team to ensure they comply with all standards & operating procedures

7. Direct, supervise and assist with event planning, marketing & execution to ensure maximum member & non-member footfall for the event

8. Revenue Generation through AMC Collection, Events & Sports
