Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Spare Parts (Two Wheelers)

Location: Farrukhabad / Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh

Department: Sales & Distribution

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Head

Salary 25k To 30K CTC

Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth of two-wheeler spare parts in the assigned territory by managing distributors, expanding the dealer network, and ensuring effective market coverage and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for spare parts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Increase market share in the assigned territory.

2. Channel Management

• Appoint and manage distributors and retailers.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, mechanics, and workshops.
• Ensure proper stock availability across the network.

3. Territory Management

• Plan and execute beat plans for market visits.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
• Ensure effective coverage of urban and rural markets.

4. Demand Generation

• Conduct mechanic meets, retailer engagement programs, and promotional activities.
• Support local marketing campaigns to boost sales.

5. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

• Track stock levels with distributors and avoid stock-outs.
• Coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams for timely deliveries.

6. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Analyze sales trends and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain CRM/data records of dealers and sales activities.

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate Experience:
• 4–7 years in sales of automotive spare parts (two-wheelers preferred)
• Experience in handling distributor networks in rural/semi-urban markets

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Good knowledge of spare parts market and local geography
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in two-wheeler OEMs or aftermarket spare parts companies
• Familiarity with Farrukhabad/Kannauj territory
• Willingness to travel extensively
