 Need to handle minimum any near-by 5 districts and maximum 8 districts of preferred/desired state.  Primary sales-Need to appoint district wise distributors or a single super-distributor for all allocated districts.  Need to appoint distributors with 5 lakh as investment/each district against material or can appoint a single super-distributor with 20 lakh for all allocated districts within the span of 1 month.  In Secondary Sales-Need to handle team of district wise Business Development Executives after appointment of distributors or super-distributor.  Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing training to motivate to achieve sales targets.  Monitoring the performance of the sales team and achieve target through them in secondary sales.  Building and maintaining good working relationships with channel sales associates.  Identifying opportunities and strategies and implanting them to increase sales .  Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions with seniors and juniors.  Performing all duties as directed by the company.
