Skills Required: ● 0-2 years of experience as a Telesales Representative or sales role. ● Has the caliber to perform under pressure and achieve targets. ● Experience in B2B telesales or inside sales is preferred. ● Experience in any type of telesales/inside sales will be preferred such as card sales, poliy sales, loan sales, and insurance sales. ● Proven record of meeting quota ● Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software etc ● Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits. ● Patient and friendly personality. ● Team player. ● Good time-management skills. ● Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
