🚀 Hiring: Software Operations Executive (Healthcare Tech)📍 Kapurthala City (Local Candidates Only)
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and system-oriented candidate who can handle and support our healthcare software platforms (ClinicWala / DawaiWala / JanchWala).
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage day-to-day software workflows
- Train franchisee staff on proper system usage
- Ensure all tasks are logged and followed in system (no manual shortcuts)
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements
- Coordinate between operations and tech team
- 🎓 EligibilityGraduate in Computer Science / IT / BCA / similar background
- Basic understanding of software systems
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Problem-solving mindset
- ➕ Preferred (Not Mandatory)Knowledge of web development (PHP / Laravel / basics)
- Experience with ERP / MIS / Excel
