Site Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated, honest, and punctual Civil Engineer to independently manage all aspects of a single construction site. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of daily execution, material and labor coordination, site supervision, and progress reporting. You will act as the key operational point for your site and report directly to the assigned Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations including execution, supervision, and workforce coordination.
• Ensure material availability on site as per schedule and quality standards; update consumption and requirements in real time.
• Monitor labor teams, subcontractors, and machinery for efficient site functioning.
• Implement project plans and ensure work is done as per drawings, quality norms, and timelines.
• Raise purchase/material requirements proactively to the Project Manager for timely approvals.
• Maintain site documentation including labor logs, site photographs, daily progress reports, and petty cash records.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline on site.
• Report daily progress, material receipts, site issues, and delays (if any) to the Project Manager clearly and consistently.
• Coordinate with vendors, local authorities, or other teams if required for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–4 years of site execution experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and labor handling.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and implementing them on-site.
• Must be honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to manage a site independently and report accurately.
• Basic working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based reporting.
