Positon : Trainee operator ( for CNC coiling department)

MIn training period 3 years. good chance to develop as CNC spring coiling machine operators.

Qualification : ITI- turner, fitter , machinist/ 10 th or 12 th pass with technical certificate/ BSc.or DME willing do develop as SCMO.

Basic knowledge of vernier and micro meter is must.

JOb role : learning machine operation, inspecting product, document maintenance

v Prepare SPC Charts.

v Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications

v Should have Knowledge of vernier , drilling, tapping
