• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesEdit high-quality Reels, Shorts, and Social Media Videos
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design
• Create hook-driven content within first 3–5 seconds
• Work with marketing team for ad creatives & campaigns
• Optimize videos for engagement, retention & conversions
• Stay updated with latest social media trends & formats
• 🧠 Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut
• Understanding of viral editing styles & storytelling
• Experience in fast-paced editing (daily content output)
• Ability to work with raw footage + create engaging narratives
• Knowledge of color grading & audio balancing
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• ⚡ Bonus Skills (Preferred)Experience in digital marketing agency
• Understanding of ads creatives (Meta / Google)
• Motion graphics & animation skills
• Basic knowledge of branding & content strategy
