We are currently expanding our business in Kerala and are hiring a Sales Executive/Consultant. JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES Research and contact prospective clients, qualify leads and arrange suitable appointments with the prospects and proactively follow up leads generated. To attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to proposing a solution. Create and confidently deliver product presentations/demos internally and to prospects. Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and customers. Ensure keeping up with new product development and features. Plan sales and marketing strategies aimed at fulfilling targeted goals. Advise customers regarding the products proper use and address specific user issues. Assist the customer base during installations. Managing the entire sales process. Achieve assigned business targets. Develop and strengthen customer/channel relationships. Represent the company and attend events to generate contacts and business leads. Prepare and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients. Up-sell and cross-sell new products or services to existing customers. Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities. Liaise with local, principal support teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process. Adhere to timelines/deadlines as directed by the business owners and sales team. REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication and presentation skills Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools Willing to travel and visit client offices. EXPERIENCE MBA Fresher’s or Experienced with excellent Communication and Presentation skills. Minimum 0-2 years’ experience in Field Sales activities(B2B) is an added advantage.
