Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for "Senior Telesales Specialist", at Beema1 in Kolkata. As a Senior Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing excellent customer service, and acting as a guide for customers in navigating insurance options. Your day-to-day tasks will include building relationships with potential clients, explaining policy options, assisting with claims, and maintaining a strong knowledge of insurance products.

Qualifications

• Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of Health Insurance, Motor Insurance & Travel Insurance.
• Ability to explain insurance options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Can manage a team of executives independently, and generate revenue for the Company.
• On-boarding the clients digitally and good telesales skills.
