Job Description
Qualification:Qualified CA / CS / CMA with strong post-qualification credentialsExperience:Minimum 3–8 years in audit, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage multiple audit teams handling diverse client portfolios
• Develop annual audit plans and ensure adherence to firm standards
• Manage client relationships, onboarding, and retention for key accounts
• Review and sign-off on complex audit reports and financial statements
• Drive team performance through appraisals, training, and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ICAI / regulatory guidelines across all engagements
• Represent the firm in client meetings, board presentations, and regulatory discussions
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to firm growth
Required Skills
• Advanced expertise across statutory, internal, forensic, and tax audits
• Strong leadership, people management, and delegation abilities
• Strategic thinking with a client-centric approach
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally) and data analytics tools
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
