A Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative, documentation, data management, and operational support tasks to ensure smooth internal functioning of the organization. The role supports front-office teams, clients, and management by maintaining accurate records and processing paperwork efficiently.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities📂 Maintain and update company databases and records
- 📝 Prepare, verify, and process documents (invoices, contracts, forms, reports)
- 💻 Recruit candidates
- 📊 Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
- 📞 Coordinate with clients via email or phone for documentation and follow-ups
- 🗂 File management (physical and digital records)
- 🧾 Contact sales related Clients
- 🤝 Support management with administrative tasks
- 🔍 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 🧠 Required SkillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of accounting or documentation processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- 🎓 QualificationGraduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Any relevant field
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply
