Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, acquiring customers, and supporting sales of Tata AIA Life Insurance products. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship building, and achieving business targets while following Tata AIA’s quality and compliance standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through referrals, field activities, and digital platforms
• Approach potential customers and explain Tata AIA life insurance products
• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions
• Schedule and support meetings between clients and senior advisors/managers
• Assist in policy documentation, proposal submission, and follow-ups
• Ensure timely premium collection and basic post-sales servicing support
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, and business performance
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Follow IRDAI guidelines and Tata AIA compliance processes
• Participate in training and skill development programs
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
• Sales and customer relationship mindset
• Willingness to work in the field and meet people
• Basic knowledge of insurance/financial products (training provided)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• QualificationMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Experience0–3 years in sales, marketing, insurance, or financial services (preferred but not mandatory)
