Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager – Corporate Sales to source Platinum Credit Cards through Corporate Salary Package (CSP) accounts. The role involves working with bank teams, corporate clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source credit cards via CSP accounts
• Coordinate with bank RMs & corporate teams
• Conduct corporate presentations & employee sessions
• Acquire premium / affluent customers
• Handle end-to-end sales & closures
• Achieve monthly targets & ensure customer satisfaction
Eligibility:
• Graduate with 2–4 years of sales experience (banking/credit cards preferred)
• Corporate sales experience is a plus
• Fresh MBA (Tier 2/3) may apply
• Good spoken English required
Requirements:
• Two-wheeler mandatory
• Willing to travel locally
Salary & Benefits:
💰 ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 take-home
