What you will Do?

·         Develop and maintain strong relations with the channel partners

·         Build and implement strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the given circle

·         Work closely with the State Head to build circle level strategies on products and sales initiatives to help achieve revenue and sales targets

·         Ensure proper planning and execution of the business strategies rolled out for all channels in the circle

·         Regularly communicate about products, markets and sales tools to all channel partners

·         Driving/Initiating & executing training & development on products and regulations as well as soft skills to the employees

·         Ensure strong ground/branch level connectivity of the team by way of regular interaction and meets with employees in the circle

·         Planning and implementing activities for the channels as well as partners resulting in business growth



What makes you a Great Fit?

·         Postgraduate/ Graduate with 8 to 12 years of experience

·         NISM V-A Certified

·         Establishes ways to systematically capture the voice of the customer at all touch points

·         Good understanding of financial market data and changing dynamics of Mutual Fund Industry

·         Adequate knowledge of the competition to be able to compare and use resource allocation effectively in terms of cost and efficiency

·         Good understanding of products & key business parameters

·         Able to effectively lead a team to implement plans at the ground level

·         Should be able to build and implement business strategies on the ground

·         Good communication & presentation skills

·         Should be able to manage team

·         Open to local commute & outstation travel if required
