The team

As a member of the Operations Transformations team, you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various financial institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Scope of work

As a practitioner, in our Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

•    Drive clarification of requirements for reports
•    Integrate business specific needs from a technical solution design perspective and delivers effort estimates for those solutions
•    Contribute to the development of the Functional Specs from a technical design perspective
•    Develop reports/visualizations based on technical solution design
•    Perform Prototyping and POC in support of requirements definition or technical design questions
•    Execute Unit Test, defect resolution and hyper care

For Business Analyst Role

Required Skills (8-12 years)

  • Minimum Experience: At least 8 yrs
  • Should be adept at representing the organization at high level meetings with the client
  • Should have managed large programs of similar nature in India for at least 5 years
  • Excellent writing, communication, time management and multitasking Skills
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.
  • Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and ide ntify potential risks or deviations from the plan.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
  • Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
  • Certification in software application platforms proposed for the project will be an added advantage
  • Fluent in Hindi and English with good communication skills
