Customer Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Customer Support & Shipping Executive to manage our daily order fulfilment and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have strong spoken English skills, be able to communicate confidently with customers, and efficiently handle shipping operations, including NDR (Non-Delivery Reports).

Key Responsibilities

• Process and ship all daily orders using Shiprocket
• Ensure accurate packaging, labelling, and dispatch of products
• Manage and resolve NDR cases to ensure successful deliveries
• Coordinate with courier partners for smooth pickups and deliveries
• Monitor shipment tracking and regularly update order status
• Handle customer queries related to orders, shipping, delays, and delivery issues
• Provide clear and professional communication via calls, WhatsApp, or email
• Maintain records of dispatched orders and shipping updates
• Ensure all orders are shipped within the defined timeline (same/next day dispatch)

Requirements

• Good spoken English and strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and order management systems
• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently and professionally
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and proactive in daily tasks

Additional Information

• Training will be provided for shipping tools and processes.
• Prior experience only in customer support is mandatory.
