Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for providing consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into business and technology solutions, driving discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs, and ensuring technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow IT Operations Management and ServiceNow IT Service Management to clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including working with project managers, business analysts, and developers. - Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for Service Integration and Management (SIAM) solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: ServiceNow IT Operations Management, ServiceNow IT Service Management, Service Integration and Management (SIAM) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes, ITSM tools, and ITOM tools. - Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes. - Experience with ServiceNow platform and its various modules. - Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JSON. - Solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
