Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Stores MIS Executive to manage inventory data, generate reports, and maintain accurate store records. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and experience working with inventory systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of raw materials and maintain accurate store inventory records
• Manage inventory data using ERP/software systems and Excel
• Analyse inventory data and generate management reports
• Ensure timely updates and accuracy of stock records
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory-related information

Required Qualifications

• Commerce Graduate (Mandatory)
• 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a manufacturing company handling inventory
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in ERP systems for inventory data entry
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Strong ability to analyse data and prepare reports
