Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of car drivers. The role involves handling driver movement, trip monitoring, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with drivers, tracking trips, and resolving delays in real time.
- Key Responsibilities: Manage daily driver movement and trip operations
- Assign drivers as per operational requirements and trip schedules
- Monitor ongoing trips and ensure on-time pickup and drop
- Follow up with drivers in case of trip delays or issues
- Coordinate with drivers for route, timing, and duty updates
- Maintain daily operational records and driver attendance
- Handle basic operational escalations related to trips and drivers
