SAP CRM Service
. Design and implement solutions in SAP CRM Service Module, demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Master Data (Installed Base, Pricing, Org data, Business partners and products)
Service order management including In-House repair process
Service Confirmation
Service Contract Management
CRM Billing etc.
2. System configurations such as transactions, action profiles, status management, billing, transaction tax engine, Logistic integration with ERP etc.
3. Responsible for complete implementation and deployment of projects and RFCs including hand-over to support team.
