Main Responsibilities
• Outbound Outreach: Initiate cold calls to potential customers using a provided directory to promote our products/services.
• Lead Qualification: Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and determine if they are a good fit for our offerings.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up meetings or demos between high-potential leads and our senior sales team.
• Database Management: Keep our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system updated with accurate call logs, notes, and customer details.
• Customer Relationship Building: Handle grievances or doubts professionally to maintain the company’s reputation.
