Job Title: Female Telecaller (Fleet Service Industry)

Job Location: Kolkata, Park Street area

Job Description:

We are looking for 2 experienced Female Telecallers to join our team for driver management operations in the fleet service sector. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling, preferably within the fleet or transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Driver onboarding

- Handle driver coordination and management through calls

- Maintain regular communication with drivers and ensure smooth operations

- Follow up on daily tasks and updates

- Maintain records and reporting as required

Requirements:

- Female candidates only

- Prior experience as a telecaller (fleet service experience preferred)

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure

Working Hours:

- Fixed 9-hour shift

- Rotational week-offs
