Job overview: We are seeking an experienced mid-level UI/UX engineer to join our team. Key responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and develop effective user-centered design solutions. - Develop and implement creative design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that result in intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and create user personas to better understand our target audience and their needs. - Work collaboratively with the engineering team to ensure that high-quality code is written and integrated in accordance with best practices and accessibility standards. - Identify and resolve user experience issues and design inconsistencies across multiple platforms and devices. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design and development. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development. - Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles. - Experience in designing and developing mobile-responsive web applications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Experience working with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or others. - Knowledge of UX research methods and user testing techniques. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related fields.
