 Maintain accounts in Tally accounting software.  Bank Reconciliation immediately after the month end.  Making payment vouchers, Cheques, Invoices, and Receipts etc.  Allocation of petty cash expenses after reimbursements.  Handling petty cash.  Finalization of Accounts and preparation of Financial Statement such as Income Statement & Balance Sheet.  Protecting the accounting data by taking regular backups.  Suggest cost cutting measures to the top management.  Take up additional responsibility of Admin related activities as when required.  Vouching, Book Keeping on Tally ERP, Tracking Receivable & Payable, Making MIS,  Filing TDS & GST or Other Statutory Obligations, Making invoices and making purchase Orders. Finalizing accounts and filing returns.
