Job Role - Reporting to the Business Development Manager of the respective region / Location - Identify, develop & manage strategic tie ups with apartment complexes to grow the business. - Working as per the B2C sales plan, acquire customers by driving BTL Activities with the objective of onboarding customer in the system (APP download & Wallet recharge) - Confidence, commitment and passion to solve business challenges and deliver consistently. - Get involved in the community focused launch plan of the company's services. - Develop visibility and contacts in the community & apartment associations. - Work involves everyday visits to Apartment Complexes for a major portion of work hours, promoting digital platform (Internet / App). Requirements: * Bike (or any 2Wheeler) & Valid DL * Smart phone * Good communication skills. * Basic Computer knowledge * Willingness & Ability or Experience in Field Sales. * Must be comfortable in different working shifts. * Valid AADHAR No. (ability to generate e-aadhar). Qualification: Min. Graduate. Shifts: As per business requirement. Candidate needs to be flexible and willing to work on break shifts.
