Current Opportunity: Position: Field Officer (Admin) Location: South Kolkata / South Kolkata Suburbs No. of opening: 2 Qualification: Any bachelor’s degree Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience as a mobilizer in a NGO/Social Service Sector OR Education and Skilling Concern Activity Statement:  Should be able to independently plan mobilization strategy to identify and attract prospective SC/ST/OBC candidates from semi-urban or rural areas of W.B.  Use multiple channels for mobilization of resources both government and non-government.  Build strong relations with the local SC/ST/OBC cells, communities, associations to build strong database of candidates  Excellent liaising with local municipalities, corporations, gram panchayats, notifies areas, SC/ST offices for brand/concept building and selling  Organize camps at strategic places to attract prospective candidates  Introducing the govt. schemes to the target audience vividly through public speaking/gathering  Sharing the income opportunities of the beneficiaries in a transparent manner  Collecting requisite documents/papers from the candidates for loan applications  Coaching and counselling candidates in a way for conversion of leads into beneficiaries  Preparing and sharing the list on candidates who have participated in the meeting with the central liaising team for further shortlisting, counselling and validation of candidates.  Handholding shortlisted candidates till hire.  Coordination with SC/ST department for loan application, sanction of loan  Coordinate with concerned departments during vehicle handover to the beneficiaries from Mahindra.
