Analyzing customers feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall ratings. Responding to Guest needs and anticipating their unstated ones. Welcoming Guest in a friendly and professional manner. Addressing and escalating customer complaints. Build rapport with the Guest and provide them regular information about upcoming offers and events of the outlet. Overcome the tuff and fussy situation or reporting to the manager instantly.
