Should be able to load Windows OS of different versions, Configure device drivers for different peripherals. Should be able to identify the defective and replace working parts in Laptops of different models of MNC brands Preferably HP. Responsibilities: One has to resolve the laptop issues to Customer satisfaction. Requirements: Should be able to Handle independently Should be able to identify the defective parts and replace with working parts in Laptops of different models of MNC brands. Assess hardware and software malfunctions by means of diagnostic tools and customer input. Candidate must have experience to handle and troubleshoot issues related to Screen, laptop body, RAM, Motherboard etc Laptop/Desktop Motherboard Repairs. • Laptop/Desktop part level Repairs. • BIOS reprogramming / BIOS IC replacement / BIOS Password removal. • Touch Screen, non-touch screen replacement / dim display / display cable replacement / webcam & mic. • Display panel replacement & fabrication. • Hinges replacement/repair. • USB Ports, charging ports repair/replacement. • I/O, Power IC, battery IC, n-channel, p-channel mosfets replacement. • Graphics reballing. • Recreating burned tracks on motherboard. • RAM, HDD/SSD upgrade/replacement. • In depth Knowledge about the installation of different types of Operating systems e.g. Windows, Linux, and Mac OS. • Apple MacBook Diagnose and Part replacement. • Have experience in Remote Desktop Chat Support. • Performed Windows Registry repair / Replace / Recreation. • Performed Windows system files repair / replace and Installation • Microsoft Office installation / repair / troubleshooting • All types of printer installation / troubleshooting / repair. • Troubleshooting Wireless printer / network printer. • In depth Knowledge about the installation of different types of hardwares. • Good practical experience in Laptop / Desktop parts replacement and configuration. • Troubleshooting and installation of Software’s such as MS office, Adobe Software’s Micro media Software’s, Printer, scanner software’s etc • Possess strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
