Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will engage in discussions to align operational strategies with business goals, ensuring that all services meet the required standards and expectations. Your role will also include monitoring system performance and making recommendations for improvements, contributing to a culture of continuous enhancement and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain documentation for operational processes and procedures.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of application deployment and management.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Java applications.
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques for system performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
