Greetings from Wowser Technologies Pvt Ltd Urgently looking for the position of Process Associate for our International Outbound Voice Process We are hiring experienced candidates from same domain/industry with excellent communication skills in English. VACANCIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR FIXED AFTERNOON SHIFT WITH DROP FACILITIES. Position: Process Associate / Telesales Executive/ Call Center Agent/ BPO/ New Acquisition Team. Domain: Outbound Voice Process - Sales Function. Responsibilities: Generating potential Leads over the phone. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going. Analyzing to the customers' needs. Gathering and documenting customer information as per the IQA. Answering customers' questions on the products. Qualification – Any Undergraduate/ Graduate Must be in between 18+ to 45. Schooling must be from ICSE OR CBSE. Experience Minimum 6 months in International Tele-calling / Telesales. Descent English communication skills will be preferred. Must have valid Aadhar + PAN Card Willing to join within one day(s) of notice Freshers with excellent communication in English can also apply.
