Job description - Sales Coordinator(female) - Kolkata Location. Sales Coordinator:JD 1. Coordinating with the clients and allocating the field executives for visits as and when required. 2. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. 3. Responding to complaints from customers and continuously following up with the Customer for receiving the order. 4. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. 5. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. 6. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. 7. Arranging visits for all the customers, new, old and dead ones. 8. Performing general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying).
