- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across business units.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, risk management processes, and financial supply chain management concepts.
- Experience in designing and implementing SAP FSCM TRM modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Additional Information:
