About the job Role: Business Development Executive Profile Context: Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Package: Upto CTC 4.5 LPA (1.8 LPA +2.7 LPA) Location: Mentioned in Excel Sheet Who can Apply: 12th and above having good communication & sales Skills. (Who can do core sales target base) Key Responsibilities • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media • Set up meetings with potential customer and listen to their wishes and concerns. • Sale company’s Products & Services as per given Target. • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Skills Required • Strong interpersonal, communication(written/verbal), • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role • Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques • Fast learner and passion for sales • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
