Job Summary


The Field Sales Executive will act as the bridge between lead generation and project execution. Your goal is to provide technical consultations and close sales by offering customized solar rooftop or utility-scale solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Focus: Converting leads, technical explanation, and closing deals.

  • Site Surveys: Visit client locations to conduct basic site assessments and understand energy requirements.
  • Pitching: Present the benefits of solar energy (cost savings, ROI, and environmental impact) to prospects.
  • Consultative Sales: Explain technical aspects of solar systems (Inverters, Panels, Net-metering) to clients.
  • Negotiation: Handle objections and negotiate pricing to close deals effectively.
  • Documentation: Collect necessary documents for government subsidies and net-metering applications.
  • Relationship Management: Ensure a smooth transition of the project to the technical installation team.



Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in direct sales (preferably Solar, Power, or Electrical industries).
  • Deep understanding of solar technology and financial benefits.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Must have a personal vehicle for field visits.
