Job Description

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Product/Service Presentation: Present and explain the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers. Lead Generation: Generate leads and maintain a database of potential customers through cold calling and other lead generation activities. Customer Queries: Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and respond to their queries about the product or service. Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. Feedback: Provide feedback on the efficiency of the sales strategies and suggest improvements. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and improve overall sales efficiency.
