💼 Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled Lithium Battery Technician with hands-on experience in battery manufacturing and assembly. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of lithium-ion battery components, safety standards, and production processes.
- 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Assemble and manufacture lithium-ion battery packs as per specifications
- Handle battery cells, BMS (Battery Management System), and wiring
- Perform testing, quality checks, and troubleshooting of battery units
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Maintain tools, equipment, and production records
- Identify and resolve technical issues during manufacturing
- 🎯 Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in lithium battery manufacturing or related field
- Basic understanding of battery chemistry and electrical components
- Ability to work with tools and equipment used in battery assembly
- Attention to detail and safety compliance
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics (preferred but not mandatory)
- 💰 Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
- Incentives: Up to ₹10,000
