As a Phlebotomist, you have to work under the supervision of the Route Manager and strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, the post-holder will be responsible for performing venipuncture to obtain blood samples from clients at their homes. Responsibilities- Adherence to the SOPs, protocols and company policy. Greet clients and verify their identity. Collection of samples of blood in accordance with training and procedures. Maintain all equipment in a clean and safe manner. Complete all work at client homes in accordance with guidelines requirements. Timely Sample Collection Actively participate in training Update the information according to the process defined in-app. Contribute to maintaining a conducive environment for teammates. Communicate with clients about Add-ons and Upgrade. Working Days- On SOS Experience - 1 to 4 years Required Skills- DMLT / CMLT / B.Sc. MLT or any equivalent certificate. Must have 2 wheeler with valid Driving License. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team. Reliable, Proactive attitude. Location- Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi
