📌 Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing & Media Specialist who can handle end-to-end online presence, advertising, and branding activities. This role is ideal for someone who is multi-talented, proactive, and capable of managing both technical and creative tasks.
💼 Key Responsibilities🔹 Social Media & Branding
- Manage and grow all social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
- Plan and execute daily content strategies
- Handle promotions, engagement, and brand visibility
🔹 Paid Advertising
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Manage YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads, and multi-platform campaigns
- Monitor ROI, leads, and performance metrics
🔹 Website & Technical Work
- Design and develop websites (basic to advanced level)
- Maintain and update existing websites
🔹 Creative Design
- Design banners, posters, ads creatives
- Create professional PPT presentations and proposal documents
🔹 Video & Content Creation
- Develop short videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads videos)
- Manage YouTube channel content and growth
🔹 Digital Marketing
- SEO, SMO, and online campaign execution
- Lead generation and conversion strategies
🔹 AI Tools Usage
- Efficient use of ChatGPT and AI tools for content, ads copy, and automation
- 🎯 Required SkillsStrong knowledge of social media marketing
- Experience in Meta Ads & Google/YouTube Ads
- Basic to advanced website development skills
- Graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Video editing skills (short-form content)
- Good communication and creative thinking
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies
