Job Description

A real estate telecaller is responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, and coordinating with clients to support sales in the real estate sector.



Key Responsibilities


A real estate telecaller primarily engages in outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote real estate projects, answer inquiries, and provide detailed property information:


  • Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting prospective clients to generate interest in properties and services. 
  • Client Interaction: Understanding client requirements, asking relevant questions, and providing accurate property details. 
  • Follow-ups and Coordination: Scheduling site visits, maintaining client databases, and ensuring smooth handover of leads to the sales team. 
  • Sales Support: Assisting in achieving sales targets by building long-term customer relationships and adhering to company guidelines. 
  • Reporting: Updating call activity, lead generation metrics, and customer interactions for management review. 


Required Skills and Qualifications Successful telecallers typically possess:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of regional languages like Hindi, Kannada, or other South Indian languages is advantageous. 2
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools for maintaining client records. 2
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections effectively. 1
  • Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate is preferred, ranging from 6 months to several years depending on the role.
