Agent has to receive and call to UK’s people and ask them questions on the given script or CRM. 4. Agent has to receive and call to UK’s people using VICIDIAL Dialer not manually. 5. Training will be provided by UK’s client. 6. Detail –Oriented (Agent must have to pay close attention to all of the small particular actions when working on a task or project.) 7. Organized (Being organized means agent can manage time, energy and workspace well and can accomplish all assigned tasks successfully.) 8. Flexible (Agent can be flexible to change the shift according to the need of the company.) 9. Friendly /Empathetic (Agent must be friendly on the office floor, understanding, helping and positive attitude preferred). 10. Calm under Pressure (Agent must not get frustrated and hyper easily, must have ability to handle work under pressure). 11. Effective Communicator (Agent must have good communication skill) 12. Efficient (performing or functioning in the best possible manner with the least waste of time and effort; having and using requisite knowledge, skill, and industry; competent; capable: a reliable, efficient assistant). 13.
