Sales & Marketing  Developing marketing strategies to build customer preference and drive volumes.  Evaluating marketing budgets periodically including manpower planning, product planning and ensuring adherence to planned expenses.  Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares. Business Development  Analysing business potential, conceptualising & executing strategies to drive sales, augmenting turnover and achieving desired targets.  Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures.  Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation. Retail Operations  Developing brand strategy and implementing communication requirements for the client along with the planning and creative team.  Tracking brand for better understanding of the trends, market performance, and competitive moves and recommending the way forward for the brand.  Maintaining the reports of sales, stock and orders and other inventory requirements. Distribution Operations  Identifying and networking with franchises, establishing distribution network for timely reach at market place, Indent processing, Inventory & Collection control.  Evaluating performance & monitoring their distribution channels to ensure efficiency.  Monitoring control over ISR activities and all distribution networks. Product Promotion  Designing & implementing marketing activities for enhancing brand visibility / coverage & reach.  Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements.  Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares.
