Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Description:
Battery Smart is hiring Field Sales Executives for EV Battery Swap/Rental Services. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding E-Rickshaw drivers, promoting battery swapping solutions, and achieving sales targets through field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell EV battery rental/swapping solutions
• Onboard and register E-Rickshaw drivers
• Build relationships with local drivers and fleet owners
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
• Conduct field visits and market outreach activities
• Generate new business opportunities in the assigned area
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 12th Pass
• 2+ years of Field Sales / Direct Sales experience
• Own bike and valid Driving License mandatory
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Age up to 35 years
Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000
• Incentive: ₹800 – ₹1000 per E-Rickshaw attachment
