Junior Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Handle inbound leads and follow up on existing customer queries
• Conduct showroom walk-ins, explain services (like PPF, Ceramic Coating, Detailing)
• Prepare quotations and close deals under the guidance of senior team members
• Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Maintain daily records of calls, visits, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with operations team for timely delivery of services
• Participate in sales training, meetings, and workshops

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sales and customer service
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry or a willingness to learn
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Fluency in English & Hindi (additional local language is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets is a plus
