Responsibilities of candidate include: 1. Update and organize excel with leads received from various sources. 2. Send customized emails and messages to all new leads and enquiries. 3. Send reminder calls, emails and messages for the same. 4. Update spreadsheet with received information and create agreements in word and pdf. 5. Send agreements and follow up on the same. 6. Maintain excel for signed agreements. 7. Work with designer to create CRM to minimize above manual process. 8. Work on digital marketing platforms. 9. Sending emails and quotes to clients and students.
