Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

. Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.

. Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing explanations and recommendations.

. Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

. Lead or assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

. Conduct financial analyses on a monthly and yearly basis.

. Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

. Prepare and review tax returns.

. Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

. Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.

. Manage and forecast cash flow to ensure the availability of funds for daily operations.

. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
