We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our immigration business. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our immigration services, and persuading them to use our services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and have a good understanding of immigration laws and procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our immigration services • Persuade potential clients to use our services and schedule appointments • Maintain accurate records of client information and progress throughout the immigration process • Handle client queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner • Meet daily and monthly targets set by the management • Provide excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction and retention • Stay up-to-date with immigration laws and procedures to provide accurate information to clients • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in an immigration business • Excellent verbal communication and sales skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording client information • Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
