We are looking for a highly creative and passionate Video Editor who specializes in editing short-form content such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering engaging edits consistently within deadlines.
The role involves editing 1-minute reel videos with creative transitions, captions, effects, sound design, and engaging visual elements that enhance viewer engagement. The editor should be able to understand content requirements, follow brand guidelines, and also contribute fresh creative ideas to improve the overall quality of the videos.
The candidate must be able to deliver videos on a daily basis, maintain consistency in editing style, and ensure quick turnaround times. Staying updated with the latest social media trends and reel editing styles is important for this role.
This is a work-from-home position, but the selected candidate must be available to visit our Madurai office once a month for team meetings and discussions.
Salary Structure (Performance-Based)Salary will depend on the number of videos completed per day:
- ₹15,000/month – 2 videos per day
- ₹20,000/month – 3 videos per day
- ₹25,000/month – 4 videos per day
- ₹30,000/month – 5 videos per day
(All videos will be 1-minute reel format.)
