Key Responsibilities
ü Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal and client requirements
ü Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for interviews
ü Maintain candidate database and follow-up processes
ü Support HR operations including onboarding and documentation
ü Manage basic administrative and office coordination activities
ü Assist in daily reporting and team coordination
Skills Required
· Good communication skills (Tamil & Basic English)
· Interest in HR / Recruitment / Operations
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
· Strong coordination and multitasking ability
Role Structure
· Freshers will be trained and assigned responsibilities accordingly
